Our shipping charges are based on standard FedEx shipping rates which are based on package weight, size, and distance shipped. To preview the shipping charges, enter the items you want to order into your shopping cart.  “Enter your zip code, and then click on "calculate shipping”.

We utilize the most reputable parcel and freight carriers in the industry to guarantee 100% customer satisfaction.  Most of our flooring products are IN STOCK at our Connecticut warehouse for IMMEDIATE DELIVERY to your home or business!

The following terms and conditions apply to any order:

• You can choose to have your order delivered to your home or a business
• If you intend to have a contractor install your flooring, we recommend that the order is shipped to their location for easier receiving and handling purposes
• All deliveries to your home or business are curbside deliveries by truck. You are responsible for unloading the order and carrying the product from the curb and into your home (boxes can weigh between 30 and up to 80lbs).  If you cannot unload the order, you may want to invite a capable person to help you
• Before agreeing to curbside delivery, you need to consider accessibility to street/driveway to avoid additional assessorial shipping charges
• You must be home at the time of order delivery
• The driver is unable to enter your home while unloading product 
• Call Flooringtogo.com  1.877.445.9595 to speak with the Owner about orders going to Alaska or Hawaii.  These orders will be charged additional shipping fees, based on destination, size, and weight
• Shipment time is generally between 3-8 business days from time of order to arrival at destination. 
• Shipping to PO Boxes, APO and FPO addressed, Canada, and other non-US regions is not an option
